INCENTIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS Prize Inclusions: - Return economy class airfares for 2 from Auckland to Niue - All airport and airline taxes - Return transfers from airport to hotel - A cocktail on arrival for 2 - 7 nights at the 4* Scenic Matavai Resort Niue twin share - Daily breakfast - 1 week snorkel gear hire for 2 people (mask, snorkel and fins) - 2-day standard bike hire for 2 people Valued at up to $7000 NZD Every confirmed travel prize or incentive package booking, confirmed between 01 September 2024 and 01 December 2024, will be entered into Two Feet’s sales incentive. Each booking is an entry. A confirmed job means a PO has been given or job has been invoiced. This Prize is valid for travel between 15 January 2025 and 31 May 2025. Block out periods include all New Zealand school and public holiday dates, along with any other special event periods. All bookings must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to requested departure dates. All bookings and inclusions regarding the Travel Prize must be made via Two Feet Agency Ltd. Redeeming the Prize is conditional to accepting the terms and conditions as detailed by Two Feet Agency Ltd and in accordance with normal travel practices. All travel is subject to availability and may be dependent on specific booking classes with airlines or specific room categories with accommodation partners. All airline and accommodation options are at Two Feet Agency's discretion. No part of the prize is redeemable for cash. It is non-refundable and not transferable. Where the prize participant is under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Winner and companions must hold valid passports with a minimum of 6 months validity prior to departure. Winner is responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once the booking is approved and issued. Visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals and other ancillary costs, including but limited to travel insurance and insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package inclusions, are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and their travel companions. Major Prize winner and their travel companions must hold valid travel insurance for their period of travel. It is the winner’s responsibility to organize transport to and from the airport departure and return point. A winner will be drawn Monday 16 December 2024. The Agency Manager or Director will be informed of the chosen booking that has won, and it will be at their discretion who can partake in the trip.
