Terms & Conditions There is a limit of one entry per person, through this link. You can enter a second time, by visiting the Two Feet stall at the event on August 31st, taking a picture and tagging Two Feet Agency on Instagram or Facebook with @twofeetagency & #mysterygetaway2024. The competition is completely free to enter. Entries close midnight 7th of September 2024. Introduction By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Two Feet Agency Limited. Eligibility to Enter The competition is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older. Two Feet Agency Limited employees and associates are excluded from the draw. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.  There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter. The Prize The winning prize will be A Mystery Getaway for 2 people. Your prize includes: -2 nights accommodation in your mystery New Zealand location  -Daily breakfast provisions -A local activity or dining experience RRP is valued at up to $1000 NZD Terms and conditions: This Prize is valid for travel until 31 March 2025. Block out periods include all New Zealand School holiday dates, Public Holiday dates and any other special event periods. All bookings must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to requested departure dates. All bookings and inclusions regarding the Travel Prize must be made by Two Feet Agency Limited. Redeeming the Prize is conditional to accepting the terms and conditions as detailed by the promoter and in accordance with normal travel practices. All travel is subject to availability and may be dependent on specific room categories with accommodation partners. All accommodation options are at the promoter’s discretion and will range from glamping to hotel accommodation. No part of the prize is redeemable for cash. It is non-refundable and not transferable. Where the prize participant is under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Winner is responsible for any amendment fees issued by suppliers once the booking is approved and issued. Spending money, meals and other ancillary costs, including but limited to travel insurance and insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package inclusions, are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and their travel companions. It is the winner’s responsibility to organize transport to and from their place of residence to the prize location. This will be a self-drive getaway, within a standard 4 hour driving distance. Your location and travel documents will be emailed over to you 24 hours prior to your trip. The use of specific brands as prizes by Two Feet Agency Limited does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.​ We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. ​Two Feet Agency Limited's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Winner Announcement The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on Monday 09 September 2024. Two Feet Agency Limited will make two attempts to contact the winner via email and phone. If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Two Feet Agency Limited reserves the right to select and notify a new winner. Data Protection and Publicity You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Two Feet Agency Limited for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy. All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing jodi@twofeet.co.nz. If requested by Two Feet Agency Limited, the winner agrees to release their first name and business name to other competition participants. The winner's first name and their location will be announced on Two Feet Agency Limited's website and social media channels. Limitation of Liability Two Feet Agency Limited accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
